Online therapy — Ireland, UK & beyond

A space to finally
say the thing

As a male therapist based in Dublin, I offer a space many men find easier to open up in — whether that's burnout, relationships, or things you've never said out loud. For people who are sick of holding it together and don't know who they'd be if they stopped.

Intimacy, sex & sexuality

Some things are harder to say out loud

Questions around sex, intimacy, and sexuality often sit in a particular kind of silence — not because they don't matter, but because it can be hard to find a space where they're met without judgement or awkwardness. Whether you're exploring your sexual identity, navigating intimacy in relationships, processing shame around sex, or simply trying to understand what you want — this is a space where all of that is welcome. I work with young adults (18+) and people at any life stage who are finding their way through these questions.

This is a space for that conversation too —
